Mayo making movie (via youtube)
This is how you do it...
In this version of the old standard, hemp oil is used as a base, with truffle oil flavouring. You can, of course, use all sorts of oils to create all sorts of flavoured mayos for all sorts of dishes...

each of the video hosting services has their own advantages. Youtube's good bit is that before you hit "play" there is a still from the movie displayed in the page. This makes it look nicer.
Google video has a nasty black 'holder' image, but the video seems to play quicker...
so its hard to decide which is best
